We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations once again to Cheung Ka-long, a student of the Physical Education and Recreation Management (PERM) programme at Hong Kong Baptist University, and his teammates at the Hong Kong Fencing Team for achieving their second gold medal in the FISU Games and helping Hong Kong's delegation secure its fourth gold medal! As a student of the PERM programme, Cheung Ka-long has showcased exceptional skills and leadership abilities.
