Dr. Rashmi Supriya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport Physical Education and Health, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Associate Director of Centre for Health and Exercise Science Research since September 2022. During her academic career, she has been the recipient of prestigious scholarships which includes a Post-doctoral fellowship award by UGC Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University Dec 2020-23, Ph.D. fellowship by Hong Kong Research Grant Council (HKRGC) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 2014-17, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University award of 3-year tuition scholarship for Ph.D., 2014-17 and Royal Thai Government (Queen Scholarship) for master’s degree program at AIT. Research Fund from Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), 2011-13. She was also associated with NGOs to upgrade the skills of below-poverty-line youths in India. As a food technologist, she has an industrial experience in Quality Assurance in Bikanerwala Foods Pvt. Ltd, India.
